A week after the Diva Pajama Pillow Fight Match, the winner of that feather-filled fracas, Eve, managed to make it two in a row when she forced Divas Champion Maryse to tap out. This week, the gorgeous grappler teamed with Kelly Kelly & Gail Kim to tackle the challenge of the conceited Canadian, who hooked up with Alicia Fox and Raw’s newest Diva, Katie Lea.

Dude, it was like something from a dream. After indulging in Hornswoggle’s “unique” cereal, special guest hosts Cheech & Chong decided it would be far out to have a Diva Pajama Pillow Fight Match featuring Divas Champion Maryse, Eve, Kelly Kelly, Gail Kim, Jillian and Alicia Fox. Man, were they right.

With the comedic duo watching from the announcer’s table, Eve demonstrated her pillow prowess and emerged victorious after all the feathers flew. Even Hornswoggle popped up to rain his “unique” cereal down on the special guest hosts. Trippy, man, trippy

Maryse def. Gail Kim for the Divas Championship
Last night, just moments before Maryse and Gail Kim were to settle which sexy, smart and powerful woman would lay claim to the Divas Championship, Vickie Guerrero just had to butt in. She decided that SmackDown’s Divas weren’t being represented enough, so she arranged a tag team match pitting Maryse & Gail against Michelle McCool & Layla. Maryse abandoned her partner, watched her get pummeled and then circled around to punish Gail herself.

All of which made for a rancorous bout tonight when Maryse and Gail finally met to decide the Divas Championship. While Gail certainly had ample motivation, the conceited Canadian proved too difficult to handle and netted herself the Butterfly Title.

Gail Kim def. Katie Lea
This Sunday’s pay-per-view will not only feature two Elimination Chamber Matches for the WWE and World Heavyweight Titles, the WWE Universe will also get to welcome a new Divas Champion, after Gail Kim and Maryse compete for the vacant title. Before she could make it to Elimination Chamber however, Gail had to face off against Katie Lea on “WWE Superstars.” But despite The Scarlet Witch’s impressive wrestling know-how, Gail persevered, defeating her opponent and sending a clear message to Maryse.

Gail Kim def. Jillian
“Pourquoi?” That’s French for “Why?” which many in the WWE Universe must be asking themselves after Maryse’s recent behavior. The conceited Canadian sat ringside as her WWE Elimination Chamber opponent, Gail Kim, handily tackled the challenge of Jillian. After Gail’s victory, Maryse actually displayed a healthy dose of sportsmanship, congratulating Gail and promising that the two will have the greatest Divas match of all time.

As Gail prepares to battle for the Divas Championship, she must realize that something with Maryse doesn’t seem right in any language.

If it were a beauty contest, ladies and gentlemen, it would be nearly impossible to pick a winner. Maryse and Eve, however, were competing in a much more ferocious affair: The right to advance in the Divas Championship Tournament. Despite Eve’s best efforts, it was the conceited Canadian who prevailed and now advances to the tourney finals, where she will face the winner of the match between Alicia Fox and Gail Kim.

And then there were four. In the Divas Championship Tournament, the matchups include Eve versus Maryse and Gail Kim versus Alicia Fox. This week, however, the WWE Universe got to witness Gail Kim & Eve take on Alicia Fox & Maryse. As their tag partners looked on intently, Eve overcame the leggy onslaught of Alicia with a submission move to gain a bit of momentum heading into the tournament semi-finals.

Check your brackets – we’re down to the final four. In the Divas Championship Tournament, Eve advanced to the second round with a win over new Raw recruit Katie Lee Burchill, who, along with her brother Paul, had been banished from ECW. Eve next faces off against Maryse while Gail Kim battles Alicia Fox.

Maryse def. Brie Bella
In the wake of a serious leg injury that will have Melina out for several months, WWE has arranged a Divas Championship Tournament to determine a new champion. The first round witnessed Maryse facing off against Brie Bella, who was accompanied by her twin sister, Nikki. Just as it appeared the conceited Canadian had gained an advantage, Nikki switched places with her weary sister. After a futile attempt to alert the referee, the beautiful blond took matters into her own lethal hands and finished Nikki off herself to prevail and move to the next round.
